About 12 MiniBattles - Two Players

Settling scores on one keyboard is the whole point of 12 MiniBattles - Two Players. A spinner picks the next event — sports one round, a bizarre duel the next — and each pixel-art minigame takes seconds to learn, so the fun comes from the rematch, not the rules.

How to play

Both players share a keyboard, usually with one button each, and the spinner decides which minigame you fight in next. First to rack up wins takes the match. The usual mistake is mashing your button constantly; most of these duels are about timing a single press well, and the masher loses to the player who waits.

Tips

  • Spend the first second of a new minigame watching what your button actually does before committing.
  • Against a stronger opponent, play for their impatience — baiting an early move wins many rounds.
  • Agree on a target score before starting; best-of-eleven keeps the session sharp.

Who it's for

This is couch-versus material for friends and siblings in short bursts, and it needs a desktop with a shared keyboard to work properly. If arcade variety is what you enjoy, Epic Duck and Injection Invasion both deliver quick, silly challenges in the same spirit.
