Copyright Policy

NapTech Games respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, provide the following information in writing to dmca@naptechgames.com:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the platform
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same email address. Include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
