Merge Battler

Merge Battler is a tactical auto-chess strategy game where players combine identical military units to forge higher-tier warriors, archers, and mages. Prior to each battle round, players purchase baseline units, merge pairs on a battlefield grid, and arrange frontline/backline tactical formations to defeat incoming enemy armies and giant boss units.

How to play

On desktop, click and drag matching unit tiles onto each other to merge them into higher-level units, then arrange them on your tactical grid. On mobile, use drag-and-drop touch gestures. Click the fight button to start auto-battles. Beginners often leave squishy archers in front rows where they get wiped out instantly.

Tips

• **Protect Range Units:** Position low-health archers and mages in the rearmost grid rows behind heavy melee tanks.
• **Balance Army Composition:** Don't merge all melee units into one massive tank if it leaves your backline unprotected.
• **Economy Management:** Save gold during easy early waves to purchase high-value shop refreshes for late-game boss stages.
