About Pool 8 Ball

Pool 8 Ball is a polished 8-ball billiards simulation game that delivers realistic ball collision physics and authentic table mechanics. Players square off against AI opponents or local friends, taking turns aiming cue shots to pocket their designated set of balls (solids or stripes) before claiming victory by pocketing the black 8-ball. Power controls, guideline trajectory lines, and cue ball spin (english) settings allow for complex bank shots and positional play.

How to play

Move your desktop mouse or drag on mobile touchscreens to align the cue aiming line with your target ball. Drag back the power meter on the side of the screen to select shot power, then release to strike the cue ball. Beginners often use maximum power on every shot, losing cue ball position control and scratching into pockets.

Tips

  • Focus on cue ball control—use top spin or back spin to position the cue ball favorably for your next target shot.
  • Use soft, controlled shot power when pocketing close balls to prevent the cue ball from rolling into pockets.
  • Plan 2 to 3 shots ahead to clear blocking enemy balls off rail edges early in the rack.
