Robot Band - Find the differences

Spot-the-difference lives or dies on its artwork, and Robot Band picks a subject built from small repeated parts. Machines are drawn from dials, wires and panels, which gives any single change somewhere to hide. That density is the whole design: the busier the illustration, the more places the author has to put something your eye will slide straight over.

How to play

Two near-identical images sit together and you click each difference you spot to lock it in, clearing the level once you have them all. The real constraint is your own attention. The mistake is free-roaming: eyes wandering across the whole picture re-check the same regions repeatedly while the quiet differences sit untouched in a corner you never examined properly.

Tips

• Compare by object, not by area. Check the instruments, then the figures, then the background. Categories are easier to hold in your head than map coordinates.
• When you stall, unfocus your eyes slightly so both images blur. Colour and size changes tend to jump out once you stop reading detail.
• Give the background the same pass you gave the robots. Differences hidden in scenery are the ones players leave until last and then cannot find.

A patient, quiet game with no reflex demands, which makes it a reasonable pick for kids and for anyone who wants something low-stakes to think through. Sessions run as long as you want. It's desktop-first, and the larger screen genuinely helps, because the differences are small by design.
