About Ultimate Flying Car

The hook is what happens when the road runs out. Ultimate Flying Car begins as a city racer — urban streets, sleek cars, a boost to spend — then lets you leave the ground entirely, which changes what a shortcut means. The map stops being a network of roads and becomes open space with buildings in it.

How to play

You race through city environments in cars that also fly, using boosts and stunts, alone or against other players. The decision that matters is when to take off. Flying opens direct lines over anything in the way; driving keeps you fast and predictable. New players fly constantly because flight is the novelty, and never learn the ground route well enough to judge whether the air saved them anything.

Tips

  • Spend boost where you are already committed to a straight line. Using it mid-turn or mid-climb throws most of it away.
  • Learn one route on the ground first. Without a baseline, you cannot tell a clever air shortcut from a slow one.
  • In multiplayer, stay near the pack early and copy lines that work. Save experiments for solo runs, where a bad idea only costs you.

Who it's for

A race lasts a few minutes, so it fits short breaks, and flight removes much of the punishment that makes racing games frustrating early on. The controls want a keyboard, so treat it as a desktop game. If you would rather keep your sport on the ground, Penalty Kick Wiz is all nerve and no speed, while Basketball Stars turns competition into something two people can play at one desk.
